“In the rain, I managed to pick up the ball just once, and once caught it in a pile of guys. Both times it was knocked free by a 1db POW. The rest of the game, reroll after reroll was burned in trying to get the rain-slicked ball off the ground. The undead, if I'm not mistaken, never failed a pickup all game or even needed a reroll for it. That was the difference in the game, and it would have been 2-0 undead if they hadn't failed a GFI to score at the end of the first half.
