“Again a good game and a verry tense one untill the last turn. A 'bit' of luck on my side when his thrower got KO'd halfway the 1st half and didn't show up for the rest of the game and another got BH in the beginning of the 2nd half. The death of Salvatore Anconati was a less pleasant advantage. This meaning I had superior numbers during the last 5 turns of the second half. Almost every touchdown was a breathtaking event for the both of us with multiple dodge rolls and GFI-Blitz's. My second TD was more based on luck then skill though :) My 'cage' was made too small and got completely swarmed. In the end Bladebee crawled out from under a large pile of body's and ran to the endzone (with the ball that is) to use up my last RR on a GFI. Some tense sideline runs from the skaven made me frantically pull back as many of the girls as possible, just to come to the conclusion the the were simply outrun by the furballs. Turn 8 of the second half was the most tense one for me when the rodents had fumbbled a pickup near my end zone. I had fumbbled a handoff turn before that. A tie was still possible. After getting the tackle zones of the ball, my thrower saw one of the catchers on the other side of the field and went to pick up the ball. A long bomb would be needed to get to the catcher but *you would never guess it* the damnable 1's turned up agin. We both had our share of 1's but that doesn't take away I enjoyed the game verry much. Again a lot of new things were learned.
*Notes to self*
- Keep a Blitzer in the back (preferably in reach of the endzone) when kicking, as the GR's make it just short of your endzone.
- Capitan is another cool coach and if the spirit of the game keeps this way I really look forward to the other games ahead of me.
- Hope other teams aren't jinxed playing me as I have killed a player every game untill now. (If it keeps up this way I actually look forward to playing the ogres :) ) ”
