We started and i immediately targeted the chainsaw for obvious reasons and scored within 2 turns with the thought in mind to get ahead early and force the ref to roll for the weapons. The Ball and Chain was KO'd already after going down to a skull/both down result and was sent off but the chainsaw survived.

Start again and my opponent did nothing but protect the chainsaw over 4 turns, made 2 blitzes (1 failed and 1 stunned) before i managed to get him down and kept him there until the half where i scored 2-0. The chainsaw is banned and no weapons left.

This is where things went downhill. After thinking we were joking around and having a fun game, hes gone silent and after a few brutal turns he skips his turn. I ask what was that for and he says there is no point playing now the weapons are gone and that he is annoyed that i was saying 'lol' and putting smiley faces in chat... I said i felt that was pretty sad so i got attacked for enjoying the game and trying to have some fun banter in a game that my opponent even said wasn't a serious team...

In the end he would not play a turn, then he would attempt to gang foul a play after which i would score then he would run his players away from the kickoff (as he was vastly undermanned) so i would chase and the routine would repeat...

A great first up win for my rats but not a fun game. I'd play you again Zaron as you weren't swearing just frustrated but i think if your going to make a team with no serious intent to build, you can't get so upset when things don't work as you would like. Only 2 MNG's for gobbos is a pretty awesome result even against Skaven.”
