The game didn't start very well for me, as he quickly made a CAS and a KO. He failed a pass deep in his zone, but ended up being able to recover it despite my beastmen paying him a visit. Once in my zone, he failed a handoff in the middle of his players. I pushed him on the ball, but it bounced in even better position for him. He failed a pickup beside my end zone's sideline, sending the ball in the very middle of my zone and ending his turn. My beast went stupid and I failed the pickup, losing my chance of passing to score. I made a mistake in my ball protection, but at least he wasn't able to score. 0-0 at half time.

Even though I got the ball on my first try and succeeded the pass (wow that's definately a first for this team!) his defense was too good for me to go forward much. When trying to change side to get most of his players behind me, I failed an 3+ RR dodge, which was also my last RR. On turn 3. And of course, this also meant this side of the field was to his advantage. He got the ball but couldn't go very far on that turn. My response? Skull on my first action. The game was almost decided at that point : I was packed in the middle and couldn't get much players free. I was able to threaten his ball carrier a few times, but only because he stalled so he could skill his players through easy passes (and he had enough protection to do it).

So despite a dodge&skull costing me the game, I had a lot of fun. The match was very close until that moment, I'm glad to say I was able to do this much against him who played very well.”
