“With him being a pretty new player, I didn't expect having such a hard time! He had me in hard situations most of the game, I had to work hard to snatch a victory.

I got Blitz and set a GR beside where the ball would land. It bounced on me and I caught it. But then he KOd the GR and went on with the ball. He placed a lot of players around the ball, making it very hard for me to knock the ball carrier down. He foul-RIPed my 2nd gutter so I had to use my apo. I ended knocking the ball down but unable to go get it, so he brought it back to the center. This was a mistake because I could easily blitz him there without protection. However, we both failed a block and once again the ball was on the ground between many players. We were unable to get the ball, but he managed to SI my 2nd gutter.

In the 2nd half, luckily for me my 1st gutter came back. I sent it forward with a bit of protection while my other rats kept him busy at the line. His mistake here was not setting up a protection in case my gutter managed to slip by, and that's exactly what happened. 1-0 with 4 turns left.

After he kicked off a few of my players, I soon found myself at 7 vs 11. He packed his players together again, trying to break through my defense. Ultimately, when he tried sneaking on the sidelines, he failed a GFI with the ball. I was able to recover it with my GR and passed it far to the other side. He blitzed the linerat with the ball, but the ball bounced in the crowd and then in his zone. He was't able to reach it in time to score.

So really, he gave me a hard time. He didn't see my plan with the GR which caused a TD with some luck. Otherwise, maybe getting better at protecting the ball, twice he tried leaving his protection pocket and lost the ball both times.”
