“I lack the words to describe this game... ugh.

Edit: Much later and not irate anymore.... was actually a very fun game.
Given the huge difference in teams at the start I felt pretty bad for FMSTAN as he was likely to find it really hard. First few turns seemed to confirm this, as I took out a beastman and forced his claw off the side before securing the ball on his drive. However, from here on in things started to unravel. A failed dodge saw me lose the ball again. Next couple of turns were scrappy, with my numbers dwindling. However I secured the ball again in T7 but fluffed the pass to get my TD in the first half. Then all my KO's decided to stay out, while his all returned. Not good!

Second half: Started OK, secured the ball and headed up one side. However I soon found myself a bit pinned (well, with 6 guys this isn't too suprising) and the dodge-failing set in. With three turns in a row having my first dodge fail I quickley lost the ball and after a brief hickup in picking it up he scored. Second try and I simply couldn't pick the ball up. Several turns I tried, burning rerolls etc, but I simply could not pick it up at all! As he was getting POW's at will this was bad, but fortunately the end of the match arrived before any serious damage was done.

For all that I did enjoy it a lot - early on it was ok but seemed a game decided by bowlbot. As things started to go wrong it went through challenging and well into the rediculous. However a fun opponent (and a lack of multi-RIP irritation) helped eep me amused throughout - he didn't even seem to mind a bit of whining! Apologies about that :p

Looking forward to the rematch - theres no way you can do it twice. I hope! :)”
