“Game II of the lizardman training march from TR150 to (hopefully) TR210.

We're up against skolopender's 10 high elves, though we lost a saurus in our last game vs some ogres and have just 11 players total ourselves.

Both their blitzers have tackle and one has MB... oh my poor skinkies! We kick and they rush up one side with a +MA +AGI catcher. We have a chance at blitzing him but trip on the GFI, so they pile in some extra players and stall out a few turns. We've taken 2 KOs but have badly hurt a lineelf and KO'd a catcher. We burn up our final reroll on turn 5 trying to dodge past a tackler with a skink. If he'd made it we'd have had an easy chainpush of the ball carrier into the crowd! They finally decide to make it 1-0 on their 6th turn.

They kick off and immediately manage to niggle our kicker skink. We then push forwards slowly, badly hurting a catcher but not getting the ball far enough into their half. That is- until on turn 8 they repeatedly push back our skink with the ball without knocking him over! We chainpush him a further two times and he can now make it with a single dodge- touchdown!

1-1 and we're receiving with 9 players vs 8 elves for the second half. On turn 2 their MB tackler rerolls double push into double skulls- he's down! The lizardman head coach signals frantically- the lizards surround him and go for a trademark GroundHug (TM)- stunning him! Our kroxi also manages to badly hurt their +MA +AGI catcher and we run the ball into their half. On turn 4 after they dodge a couple elves through and next to the ball carrier we get in some chainpushes and throw 2 of them into the stands (including the MB tackler, hurrah!). Turn 5 and another elf dodges through- and again he's tossed into the crowd! And another on turn 7!

They are down to 3 elves on the pitch when we make it 2-1 on our final turn. GG skolopender!”
