“Harsh game giving up 24 TS to another set of Dwarves, but certainly a fun one, although the team would lose it's unbeaten record.

Scored under pressure early to make it 1-0 and built a solid defence, but on turn 8 the other team managed a long pass (with a bonehead player), into 2 tackle zones, dodged and GFI'd for the score to make it 1-1.

The second half was I was kicking, and with the ball in the hands of their Str 5 superstar hope faded with every passing turn.

Just to add to the humour, on the last turn I tried a block with a 4 SPP Slayer, who proceeded to double skull and niggle himself :-P

All in all though, the team has done it's job, and I have now decided to enter the WIL with Dwarves (since I can't seem to keep rats alive their for more than a season!)
