“This was a lesson by the Elfs in how to surgically dismantle a larger foe piece by piece and cut him down to a managable size ripe for the plucking .

Despite the Claymores only being able to one Elf in the injury box all game , ( a later near death caused by an Imp ! was Apo'd ) something the Elfs didnt have any problems with at all , somehow the Golem 'Thresher ' managed a break for the end zone in the last play of the first half . From then it was a matter of trying to contain the rampant Elfs for the rest of the game , and in an outrageous twist of the tale at the end , an Elf catcher blew the chance of a certain overtime victory by muffing a block on an Imp .


A greatly enjoyable game , capped off at the end by a cruel reversal ”
