“The Project was invited to a blood feast. They didn't exactly know what it was, or how to get there. But the invitation had the directions under a abandonded warehouse, where the old dungeos were located, it was rumoured.
Under the warehouse they found a huge hall with echoes bounding from walls hundreds of feet away. And suddenly there was a fire. And then another one. And yet another. Fires sprung up from the floor until the hall was lit. And the norse found themselves surrounded by a choas mob. Before they could move, they were thrown the ball.
The rules were simple. Score more than the opponent. And try to walk out of there alive. It was a day to honor Khorne. And the blood god demanded blood. The norse had been lured to and old Khorne temple which was now occupied by Blood Freaks, who had built a field in there. And to Khorne they now shed blood from their opponents.
It took a while for the norse to figure this out. By that time a great deal of blood had been shed from their part. And more than few norse laid badly hurt from huge claws of the beastmen. But when they got into it, it was pure and simple. Make the chaos honor Khorne more.
The pounding were fearsome, as while the touchdowns were scored, both sides tried to pin the opponent to the ground. When they finally called it a day, seven norse were down, but they had won the chaos. And one beastman had offered his life to the god he so loved and feared.
The Project was allowed to leave, with the feeling they would meet the Freaks again. While they looked back from time to time, and no one saw anything, they felt of being watched as they left the dungeons..”
