“The defence started out solidly, capitalising on a failed dodge early in the 3rd turn of the Skinks. Pressure was applied and the lizards were systematically removed from the pitch. However after a wide break was let loose by some careless play the Skinks went ahead 1-0.
Enough damage was done early to allow the DRW to play their natural bullish way. PIling on the pain and moving the ball down the field.. evetually. After tying the game early the DRW needed every point of movement to contain the few remaining Skinks and put the ball into the endzone, the final TD featuring a pass completion, something that has been lacking in the DRW for too long.
Twahnlows:
3: Sin-ler-fa, took the care holder position early gathering and moving the ball easily.
2: Sndz, put some fight in the game with a potentially nasty injury, which was thankfully handled by our Lich-Priest's handiwork
1: Fnnsstuioei, opportunist, but was solid when it came to finishing off the TD run.
Edit: Damn forgot to mention the Ref, what quality he was, puts Rudi Koertzen to shame.”
