#3 Cyst – Smashed Knee (NI)
Super Props to Patrician for his gamesmanship. He could have probably camped me out of the game but he went in for the try in the second half giving me a chance to score.

Tight game ! The first half looked like a under 5's soccer game with everyone in a big ball around the ball !

Handicaps were punishing in this game..Moreleys revenge had two of his guys off with heat exhaustion in the second half !

Twanlows
1st - 3pts - Ivan for a BH in the first block of the match
2nd - 2pts - Bloody Mary for his touch down
3rd - 1pt - Peter for his BH

Thanks for the comments mate.

This was a tight game, with momentum swinging backwards and forwards constantly. The handicaps were brutal with Louis off all game after eating a particularly nasty vindaloo.

A blitz started things off nicely, and we MNG’d a beast with our first hit, but chulmago’s receiving setup meant we could only get one elf through to catch the ball, who was promptly swamped. Chulmago then cornered the ball, but with a little persistence we held him up. However, neither of us could gain the advantage, as the ball bounced and spilled this way and that. It was an ugly affair and in the end neither could gain the advantage. 0-0 first half.

Second half and chulmago got a blitz of his own. We couldn’t steer the ball where we wanted and in the end tried a silly throw, forgetting that Foul Appearance is cumulative. Who ever heard of elves needing 6s for a long pass? Anyway, we recovered and got the ball finally to the end zone, near turn 5. We decided not to stall, in the spirit of the game but also to try and get that all important 2 TD for the +1 FF roll. Boy, what a gamble…and it didn’t pay off.

One elf didn’t wake up from the KO box and two others failed their Morley’s rolls. With the Wardancer BH’d, as well as many other important players, we were struggling as chulmago advanced up the pitch. We tried some last minute elfy’ness, but it wasn’t to be. Culmago made an important dodge on turn 8 and got the equaliser. 1-1 the final result.

Thanks for a fun game, mate, best of luck for the rest of the season.

#3 – Scurves – 1 block, 1 cas. Wow

#2 - Dr. Septicemia – with Block, he was the main hitting Rotter

#1 – Mr Golden Staph – despite some early Really Stupid problems, this guy tied up 2-3 elves (with a bit of beastmen help) to really cause us issues.
