“A recent passage from the journal of "The Wraith", on his Sleepless Knights::
"Seems that I underestimated the treachery of the high elves. After the game, I uncovered diabolical elven plots that were used to great success against my minions. Captain Aragith was detained by the local authorities, the elves framed him and he missed the entire game.
They also coated the armor of a handful of my minions with fairy dust. A dust that rendered them too overcome with feelings of happiness to play Blood Bowl. The effects of the dust were unpredictable and sporadic. Soldier Lazlow missed all but the final kick off due to the dust. Sir Remecius missed more than three quarters of the match. Squire Thomas, seemed to fend off the ill-effects the best, as he only missed a little less than half of the match.
Oh how I missed the brutal efficiency of Soldier Lazlow's well placed hits on a fallen foe, the great cunning of Sir Remecius and the abuse that Squire Thomas endures to allow his comrades the ability to be successful. Next time I will be prepared for your treachery elves, next time...".”
