#2 Face – Smashed Collar Bone (-ST) #5 Dopey – Dead (RIP)
“Not a lot went right for me this game. Though we started of with roughly equal TS, I could fierld 11 players, while my opponent only had 10. I started as the kicking team, and by the start of my first turn, I only had 8 players still standing. Dopey got killed, Face was seriously injured and my most consistent player so far, the flesh golem Hammer, was badly hurt. No need to say missing my most developed STR 4 player in a match versus 6 STR 4 Sauri and a Kroxigor was extra painful.
Even though my casualties didn't increase anymore, the game didn't improve much for me. By the end of half two, I was already two TDs behind and during my own drive in the second half, I was being plagued by clumsy wights having problems picking up and throwing a ball and to add insult to injury a Saurus with ambitions to become an interceptor and it didn't take long before I was 3-0 behind. By the end of the game, I did have a lucky break though, when my werewolf had been able to get hold of the ball and run to the end zone line, but when one square removed from the TD, he was being surrounded by various lizards, I was already giving up on the TD, when an unlucky block from a skink, pushed him into the end zone, ball still in its paws. TD!!!
Overall, I actually did enjoy this game and in the end the damage didn't turn out to be all that bad.(though Face and Dopey may probably disagree)”
