“Awesomely fun, tight game.

Outbashed and consequently outmanoeuvred in the first half after getting smashed to bits in the first turn, things looked bad for the Titans. They were left chasing a ghost of a ballcarrier across the width of the pitch, falling short of getting a direct shot at the ball, before Ignor took a handoff under pressure for a leading score at halftime.

After a brutal team-talk, the Titans came out with intent, and took a vital numerical superiority after clearing two of the front line from the game just after kickoff in the second half. But the Free Folk weren't done, and after a successful 1-d blitz to free the ball, and a failed pickup from the Titan's star runner, Bosslotz, the Free Folk found themselves with the ball and in the tramlines.

But the Titans came back strong. Killing Okko, who was holding back three Titans in the middle of the pitch, shook the Free Folk, and the ballcarrier lost the ball in the subsequent blitz. The Free Folk had time enough to knock the ball loose once more, but with time running out, Mundo Burbitz picked up the ball and handed off to Bosslotz to run in for the equalising score.
