#7 MinuteMan – Dead (RIP)
Something of an embarrassment for the Bombers this game. The dice just weren't with us, and were very much with them. Two RIP's (one negated by the apo) and an SI, not to mention the sheer volume of KO's, meant we were playing the entire game understrength. Knew something was wrong when with the very first block of the game, before any move towards the ball could be made, my guy got knocked down. It just went downhill from there, until at halftime I could only field 6 guys on the pitch. Two enemy scores later, I finally have 9 guys on their feet, but at the kickoff Legend fans rush the field and again reduce my numbers to only 4 players. Legend didn't take too much advantage of me, only fouling once, and that on a blitzer about to stand up and hit back. About the only thing going for the team was our handicap--a virus hit the virulent werewolf, saving my team from unknown tortures.

We need a game to regroup and refocus. Any halfling teams around?
