“The last game for the Buccs. After a frustrating couple of seasons where their performances were sub-standard the coach has decided the remove the team from SWL. The boys decided to turn up today and play up the lofty standard that saw them make premiership in only threir 3rd season.
The luck-meter tells most of the story....... but Balle played well enough that he nearly stole the result despite the dice.
The game started well for the buccs who received and a turn 1 gang DP foul badly hurt werewolf "Warrigal Dewclaw". In Balle's 2nd and 3rd turns he ended both with a 1d block skull, self casualty - the first was a wight who regenned but the second was the werewolf "Warrigal Skynner" who died.
Some flukey dice on both sides and a Blitz kickoff result each made this an end to end match that was both fun and at times frustrating to play - but in the end the Buccs won because of numbers and the odd AG4 player.
Votes:
3pts: Goreful Badlander: completion, cas, mvp.....
2pts: Border Prince Billie: made a nuisance of himself
1pts: Warrigal Skynner: thoughtfully impaled himself on a blitzers shoulder spike early in the first half.”
