A perfect defence gave the Dwarves the perfect start to the game, leaving the Orcs struggling to get early positioning. The Dwarves pressure was enough to break the ball free, which changed hands a few times, before the Dwarves managed to take it in for the score 1-0.

Second half was more usual with the Dwarves receiving and grinding their way down the pitch, although the Orcs put up a solid defence. In the end the Dwarves scored again for 2-0 and the victory.

A difficult game had been made somewhat easier, by the Rune master who had crafted a Dexterity rune, making my Str 4 Runner also Agility 4!”
