The Orcs attacked first and straight away injured the star runner. The apothecary was brought into action, but a foul meant he was injured again and the Dwarves already up against it. The first half continued in the same manner, with the Orcs running in an easy TD against the remaining Dwarves.
The second half saw the reverse, with the Dwarves breaking the Orc lined and sending them to their dugout. With the Orc numbers dwindling there was little they could do as the game ended 1-1.
Sadly, overtime started badly for the Dwarves. Not only did they have to kick, but Zara was sent off and the LOS crumbled straight away. After a few turns there would only be a few Dwarves left on the pitch, who could do nothing to stop the Orcs running in a TD and taking the win.
Brutal game, but very much a fun one!”
