“Rumors were running wild that Spelledaren himself was attending the inaugural game of his very own Fanboys. The boys jostled for position for the most worthy of the attention of Spelledaren himself.
And how they shined!
Kung startled everyone of the more elite Fanboys by jumping on Halond at the very start of the game, breaking his armor in the process. This, combined with Orvals' allegded sighting of Spelledaren glancing approvingly at Lucky Star set of an insane show of Fandom. Ironhoof, being the stronges bull(y) in the team, took upon him to carry the ball, leaving the rest of the team using every trick in and outside the book to show their worthyness. Fists of fury rained on the dwarfs, as the Fanboys went mad in a frenzy of euphoria, as all the Fanboys where sure Spelledaren was looking at just them with approval. Sadly it later became known that Spelledaren himself did not even attend this great show of loyalty and love towards Him. Rumor has it that he bought seasonal tickets right after the game result was official, stating "My dear Fanboys, I am so sorry I did not attend the game. Sadly I was elsewhere engaged. Rest assured though, I will not miss a game for the rest of the season!"
OOC: This game was the definition of a Nuffling. I can not remember EVER doing this much damage against dwarves, much less so with a rookie team. kingvan kept his composure and dignity in a way that I envy. Awesome sportsmanship!
