“This was a hard fought match right from the beginning, in no small part because nearly everything I tried didn't work as planned! The Luck Meter (unreliable though it may be) had me below 40% for the whole first half, which ended at 2-0 in favor of Clan Brownthistle (very well coached by Flashback13).

Only the fact that the Halflings I KOed at the end of the half didn't wake up for the 2nd saved me - that, and that the dice finally started falling my way. Even so, Flashback13 coached the Clan in a spirited defense, and only the extreme agility of Skitters enabled me to manage a tie as he snatched the ball from the tangled roots of a Oakheart the Gnarled, then dodged away for my second, and the final TD of the game.

All in all a very fun game against a good coach. Flashback13 kept up a fun stream of patter and we both cheered each other's success and lamented the risks that didn't pan out. I'll be glad to meet him on the pitch again any time!”
