“Da fearless 'Players' took on mighty Ogres and hardly anyone died at all.
A good game was a bit spoiled by a fan with a bandolier of grenades sneaking into the Dirty Players lineup for the prematch team photo.A very realistic "replica" kit was to blame and the lad caused all kinds of havoc with his homemade bombs-to both sides.
The crowd, however, loved every minute and soon forgot about the ball all together.Cries of "Bomma!Bomma!" were heard resounding around the ground for most of the first half.
The imposter was eventually crushed to death by an Ogre who carelessly stamped him into the ground amidst the telling wafts of sulphur,gunpowder and flatulence.
In a post match press conference the coach was asked if he had recognized the culprit but said,enigmatically, that he hadn't seen any foul play at all and his team would definately finish in the top 4 this season.
Another loss for the players-can they turn their early season form around?
