“What can I say... with the undead on fire not even the rain could stop them. 1st half with the Undead Fans scaring the Ref out of his mind (he kept muttering something about the fingers) it looked like a grim start to the match. Some dancing around and we're forced into scoring a bit sooner then we'd have liked. Held them out for the return score while my guys were dropping like flies to go into the 2nd half 1-0.

2nd half with just 7 on the field was always going to be tough. Then a couple more boys left the field for a nap while we were unable to scratch the undead in return... Still managed to look like I'd kept them out but a 1d block to clear the ball and a zombie picks it up in the rain to waltz across for a TD.

The Ref decides that Zara has seen enough action and I start overtime with 4 players on the field... crazy dodging sees us pull off a surf just to try and get some kind of result. But there wasn't much hope... Deadmeat managed to slip through to the other side of the on coming wave and chuck the ball to mid-field with a prayer that something might come of it.. but it wasn't to be and the undead come away with the win.”
