“Woo-hoo! What a fantastic victory this was! AND a shut-out - shouldn't we get, like, bonus points for that?
Ambush had the unfortunate luck of trying everything/succeeding nothing sort of thing going on and to give an example: He was 1 square away from the endzone by the 2nd or 3rd turn, chose a block, rolled a skull with no-reroll and the Swarm hightailed it (literally) backfield where RYNO dodgePOW'd the non-dodging ball carrier and Snab snabbed it (hence the name) right out from under him to manage a full length of the field TD.
1-0 Swarm.
Next TD was almost a non-TD and a bit too close for comfort. Swarm picked the ball up early after the kickoff and were trying the slowly but surely tactic to run down the clock. Eventually UK caught up to them and get a blockPOW on Snab but Phast was close by to clean up the mess.
2-0 Swarm.
Next TD was from a BLITZ meant Snab was able to run downfield and, you guessed it, snab the ball out in the open right from kick off. Again, ambush tried a couple of things which meant the rest of the Swarm were able to quickly get into UK's half and after a few edgy moments Phast was able to break the defensive wall and scurry in the 3rd and game-sealing TD.
All in all a fantastic performance from the Swarm and a few KO's and injuries our way meant that UK Circuit weren't able to field a full team for about 95% of the game. Luck was also a big factor here, as shown above, and the luck meter really does reflect what happened during the game.
Fantastic game against a great coach and would rematch anytime.
