“A fun tense game that truely could have gone either way. I started out extremely lucky with stealing 1-0, but the dorfs just kept the pressure up and managed to equalize before halftime. My wiz failed to get the ball loose. My OTS failed on the 1st dodge.
2nd half my thrower fumbled and the dorfs rushed in to tie up my guys. This let me (after some risky rolls) break thru and run into the dorf side of the field with dorfs in close pursuit.
I stalled a bit but the dorfs put on good pressure and I scored leaving them 3 turns to retaliate.
Our numbers were slowly diminishing (mainly due to repeated SIs too!). A bad kick->toughback made OT seem pending.
Dorfs somewhat rushed I did get a 1d with RR on the BC but only managed a push (But no skull yay!).
This left them with rolling a few dice at least to score and they promptly started with double skulls, then failed the BC dodge when blitzing thru.
