“A usual grind of a game against Dwarfs so lots of luck in different areas for both sides. The dorfs werent rolling many pows with their 2D blocks so the Khory players were just getting shunted around the place. Having said that, when the Dwarfs did get them on the deck it was nearly always an armour break. As the cas count shows, lots of injuries occured. Aong with this there were plenty of players put in the KO box meaning Khory only fielded a full strength team for the first half kick off!

The dwarves did the usual grind up the field and scored with 2 turns to go in the first half leaving Khory 3 turns to reply. With a man in scoring position Khory just didnt have the luck with the ball with the passes and catches going awry in the last two turns of the half leaving the score 1 - 0 to the dwarves.

Second half saw a blitz on the kick off for the dorfs and again saw lots of armor breaks for the dorfs resulting in Cas' and Ko's a plenty but Khory managed to ride the luck with the ball and score an equaliser. After stealing the ball on the dorf drive and throwing it long into the back field the match ended in a time and overtime was inevitable.

Fortune favord Khory on the kickoff and they received the ball. with not many on the pitch and thier numbers reducing all the time the plucky beatsman with the ball dropped deap into the back field. As the dorfs fought in the middle they also sent 2 players chasing after the beast at the back. A good bit of dodging from a CW saw him standing unmarked in the dorf back filed. The plucky ball carrier ran and threw a long pass towards the warrior but it was not accurate and scattered. The dorfs, however, out of position, were unable to pressure the ball sufficeintly well leaving the CW some time to blitz himself free and pick up the ball eventually walking it in wth 3 turns left for the dorfs.

The dorfs began the second period with a succession of damaging blocks and pushes but then an untimely dodge attempt prematurely ended the turn. Khry pushed up for some man to man marking to stop any with sufficeint move from getting within scoring distance. One plucky dwarf manged to break through and by the last turn of the match was stood in the nedzone. The ball on the floor, maked by 2 CW was picked up by a longbeard whose throw sadly was fumbled resulting in the ned of the match and an unlikely win for Khory.

2 skills were also gained for Khory who, for the first time in ages, rolled up a double to get some much needed claw into the team”
