“Vital promotion playoff in the WIL:

Straight off, I lost two players to Virus (serves me right for clinging on to star player niggles). First kickoff - blitz against.. for the third time this season. Not great with so much riding on this one!

End of first half. Managed 2 KO with 9MBs against AV7. Two surf opportunities don’t work, fail to roll a pushback.

Fall 1-0 down in first half. Ends in great fashion with my first foul. Stun/send off. 1 KO to roll. That failed too.

Second half, kicking off with 10 players (signed up with 14). Get the ref against.

First blitz on kickoff, misclicked on my laptop and tried to dodge through a tacklezone instead of blitzing. *Sigh*. Total, total silly self-inflicated error, and very sad timing.

Got a bit better towards the end. Managed to kill his clawed blitzer, which zomb was totally relieved to apoth safely. Would have felt guilty, but that would have been a coup!

Three KO s and a last-turn TD end the half for a sad loss.

Well done zomb. All the best for next season! This team of dwarves need to really look at themselves in the mirror now.... but I think we both knew it was going to be a shocker as soon as we kicked off.
