“Sometimes I just wonder what the heck I'm thinking... It wouldn't be too much to say that this was a game that was TOTALLY in the bag a bit into the second half. The bombs had been superbly effective along with my little slayers (Kain managing a whopping 11 spp for the game). A single halfling remains against some 6 or 7 gnomes. Through sheer sloppiness (on my part) and a few well placed dodge rolls (on the part of simonb) I actually manage to lose. I really didn't think I had it in me...hehe.

On the upside we have the fact that simonb plays along the "No Fear, No Surrender" doctrine I try to apply myself from time to time, and that the crowd always loves a good fireworks display. :) A game of great fun, and quite a bit of explosions. Well worth a replay I'd say, apart of course for the last 2 or 3 turns...”
