“The Steelers took on the Warzugg's Wrekkas in a traditional man vs. orc matchup. Motivation was high on the human team, but the match was expected to be very hard. And what a match it went on to be.

Steelers went on offence first. They moved a bit onwards, but not without pain. The Wrekkas managed to seriously injure Olli Ervasti who spent the rest of the game in the dugouts. Steelers' attack came to a quick halt on the orcs half of the field when the ball carrier was blitzed down. With some luck and good blocks, the Wrekkas moved the ball to Prarbag Snotlingchewer who got off on an easy run for the goal line. Steelers was unable to stop it and thus the orcs moved ahead by a touchdown at the halfway point of the first half.

Steelers wasn't ready to give up just yet. And they managed to pull a wonderful quick attack. Petri Törrönen was curiously left open by the orcs and that cost them. The ball was moved to Petri and he ran easily for the touchdown without much hindrance by the orcs.

The orcs had three more turns to score on the first half, but Steelers defence was impenetrable this time. 1-1 was the half time score. Steelers spirit was a bit down during the half as they faced an another orc drive which could decide the match against them.

Steelers got off a perfect defense against the orcs on their drive. And they managed to charge next to the ball carrier. Their attempts almost backfired as the thrower dodged out and moved the ball to an open blitzer who ran away from the line of scrimmage. All nearby Steelers players were tied up and things looked grim.

But lady luck came to the rescue as they were able to dodge out and stun the ball carrier. During the following turns Steelers moved the ball forward, but failed on a critical throw to Erik Forsström. The ball went far wide.

The orcs still had their chances, but their thrower wasn't able to pick up the ball and this made it possible for Erik Forsström to move in on the ball. The orcs were still unable to maneuver and with the help of Tommi Saastamoinen, the orcs were blocked out of the way. Forsström picked up the ball and ran for the winning touchdown.

A glorious victory for the Steelers! Thanks to my opponent for a very close and fun game. It was one of the most intense matchups I've played.
