“A very enjoyable game played with a good opponent.

Nuffle was clearly seen in the stands during this game. I failed my opening 2d block with a troll while receiving with the double skulls. Still managed to pick up the ball but the extra turn slowed me down. Finally got a crease along the upper edge of the pitch and started to move. The ball carrier finally squirted into the open on turn 7 and tried to go for it, rolled a 1, used a re-roll, rolled another 1 - down at the 2 foot line, ball squirts into the stands and is thrown back in my deep zone by a dark elf lineman. I blitz him and once again manage to roll the double 1 on the GFI i needed to get a 2d blitz on him. Nuffle returns the favor when my opponents 1d block comes up skulls and he turns the ball over before he can toss it for a touchdown on turn 8.

2nd half is more of the same for both of us. I get a bad kick and he scores on turn 3. He kicks off, gets a bad kick and i get a goblin deep and attempt a long bomb, but i fumble the first throw, re-roll and fumble it again. After a bunch of bouncing balls, i manage to acquire the ball and score against his 6 remaining players on turn 8.

A very enjoyable game with nary a foul and good conversation.”
