After 5 turns, there were 8 Orcs and 7 Rats on the board, the rats having lost 2 KO's to Blocks (one from the LoS), 1 KO to a dodge and 1BH from a foul. However, they largely ignored the ball for the half and returned fouls. Allowing the Orcs to not only score with little issue, but also the chance of another DP foul on a gutter runner, who was also BH.
The big difference though was at half time, when the few of the low armoured rats returned for the second half. They did manage to score, but by then their numbers had dwindled further, allowing the Orcs an easy romp up the board for 2-1.
It's interesting that with 4 Rats and 3 Orcs off the pitch, that the Rat coach seemed to give up hope. I can only presume he was expecting AV7 to work as well as AV9.”
