We receive the kick and push down one side, getting a slight let off on T2 when their break tackle mino might have crowdsurfed a werewolf - but he rolls a skull/both-down! We push on through to score on T5 after our ghoul survives a 3d blitz from the mino, though we have managed to badly hurt a marauder on the way.

We kick off and they cage the ball behind their 3 big guys while running a lone marauder into our half. We try and push him into the crowd but instead knock him over, and they dodge the ball through with a different player. He's all alone but 4 dice from a wolf can't knock him over and we surround him with players. A very nice move on T7 sees their mino break tackle blitz to try and chainpush the ball carrier out of the crowd, but fortunately a double POW stops the 2nd push and the marauder fails his 4+ dodge. T8 and we stun the mino and all but secure the ball and it looks like they won't equalise before half time, but unfortunately howlett has run out of time to continue playing and has to concede.
