“Seems like there's a game in every Lizzie season which qualifies as 'the one that got away'.
On paper, the scaly lads had every advantage, including Sili and a wiz (hired for the previous game which was a forfeit), but they just couldn't shut down the Blitz gutter runners.
This one goes down as another example of Coach Luo's inability to cope with the fast and agile. Back to the drawing board? (again)
Twahnlows:
3pts - #15 Dodgey Damo: Should have been named Leapin' Larry. Was everywhere doing everything, couldn't keep him down (despite a crushing blow from 'Xoxu early on which appeared to kill the rat, but the apo came along and patched him up)
2pts - #1 Tricky Mickey: Despite spending a fair amount of time face down or yelling incoherently, Mick made his blocks count (most of the time)
1pts - #13 Deviant Dan: Artificially boosted agility meant this guy was almost as hard to keep pinned down as his leaping teammate.
Congrats again on the win, Chavo! I'll get you next time...”
