The pressure leading up to this match was intense, and both the Failures and the BBQ Crew were on clearly on edge.
Failure was recieving in the first half, but BBQ's defence was ready for the rotters but apparently not for the weather. Despite having a solid defensive line, Failure managed to put a runner (the erratic Tranq What?) in deep using their surprisingly robust passing game. One of the bull's was in range to intercept, but the deep snow proved to be too much and he was sat on his ass before even reaching the ball carrier. With no confidence in his ability to stall, Tranq proceeded to score.
The last part of the first half proceeded much differently. Failure's defence couldn't hold back the three bull centaurs for long, and squishy rotter heads were being knocked in left and right. Hthark managed to run a ball in without too much cause for concern.
With the dwarfs receiving , the second half looked worrying for Failure, yet somehow despite suffering from attrition the rotters managed to hold the line and stop the dwarf offence.
Twahnlows:
3 Votes: Crocker, a constant obstacle in the first half, the troll was key to holding the Chaos Dwarf line. While less obvious in the second half, he and my beast completely neutralized each other. Since I was down players, definitely was a positive for BBQ.
2 Votes: Hthark, would have been a much different match without him.
1 Vote: Jenna, despite not taking as primary as a role as I expected, the only agile player on the field was a constant concern
