Hard game for my vampires, this one. Doom & Gloom is never good for vampires and on top of that Morley's. Wouldn't have been that bad, but my guys didn't have armour again it seemed.
Was going ok for the 1-0, but the strip ball blitzer dodged in my cage on a 4, -2d'ed the Lord and with two pushbacks (after a rr) he got the ball. Pick up on a 3 without rr and the elves were gone.
The 2-0 in his half was hard to stop, but from then on I had a few chances. Wanted to score 2-1 in T5, but the Lord snaked. 2-1 in T6 then (because the elves didn't click on interception while their whole defense was based on it :)) and with the elves having no rr's anymore and the rain I had a little chance in T8. The HG, the hits and the pass all failed so I had to go from plan A to B ... to C and in the end plan D failed. :)
Grats on the win, Relezite. Good luck in the final.
Ps: The luckmeter is from after the reload deep in second half. Don't know what it was before, but I don't think it was too good for me. :)
