“The fourth game in the WIL League saw the Miners face off against Ultwe's Norse.
The Norse started with only 8 players, but quickly set so work with their buzzing Ogre quickly causing a casualty and a foul which required the Miners apothecary to be called into action. A lone Norse catcher broke through the lines, but was quickly halted by the Miners, who went on to score at the end of the half for 1-0.
The second half saw the 5 remaining Norse unable to stop the Miners advance, who scored quickly to take the score to 2-0. There were unable to convert a third though, even though only 4 Norse were left at the end, so the score finished at 2-0.
A big mention must go to the buzzing Ogre who was causing mayhem all over the pitch and was rightfully given the MVP award my the Norse crowd.
Thanks for the game Ultwe and good luck with the rest of the season.”
