"Pointy ears, they made him sick", thought the Shaman as he meditated in front of the glowing embers of the ceremonial fire's coals. Was there a more dispicable race than elves in all the world? The Shaman could think of none. Sure the diseased followers of chaos were gross, and the Flings with their fingers and faces and bellies all covered in food, that was pretty disgusting, but no, the thought of pointy ears brought bile to his mouth. With their prancing about in their sparkly tight outfits and pointy shoes the elves wanted to win the game without even blocking. What was the sense in that? Well it was clearly an admission of inferiority which came as no surprise to the shaman. He resolved himself that he was going to have to get some guidance from Gork and Mork. He slowly nodded off to sleep. Only to awaken on a battlefield; as he wandered around looking for something or someone he might recognize he stumbled into a large hole. He rolled down the steep sides of the hole and came to rest in a big puddle of water at the bottom of it. He realized he was not alone as he took in the curly toed boots in front of him. As he slowly raised himself up off the ground he scanned the foppery of the high elf before him. "You know, orc, you coul~" the elf's blathering was cut short by the Shaman's meaty fist slamming into his face. The elf hit the ground and seemed almost as upset that mud had gotten on his clothing as he was that he was being beset by a large orc. The shaman quickly pinned the elf down and began raining blows onto him without mercy. The elf finally rolled to his belly and began scrabbling away from his abuser, but a large clawed foot came down between his shoulder blades and as the shaman applied pressure the elf's face was submerged under water...his struggles became frantic...then subsided as...the shaman woke up with a start. He was standing in his teepee, a grot's lifeless body was pinned under one foot, his face buried in bowl of Squigmeal, "Oi dat gives me an iddeer, we can smover d'oz flighty wittle elveses!" He rushed off to give the team the game plan.

Unfortunately, the advice was not put into practice as well as we had hoped and Mully was able to leap and 2d against blitz his way to a 1-1 tie. We had our lucky moments as well, like when he strip balled us against the sideline the ball bouncing into another orc blitzer who bobbled it back to the original ball carrier's grasp, and the the INT after a successful 2d against blitz was recovered by a kitty, a successful pass, even a incomplete pass might have won the game for the Kitties. All in all, we'll take the tie, and hope to kick some high elf arse next season. Clearly the fans were not impressed and thus ticket sales dropped almost immediately.
