“Vanguard National All*Star Challenge (June 2010)
Round 1
The Gems came to play ball, the Nobility came to hurt stuff. Their plan won out, as they managed a lot of KOs that didn't return in the 2nd half and pulled off a nice 1st half score on defense. The ladies tried to get the ball away in the 2nd half but failed, giving up another TD. On their final drive, they caught a glimpse of the endzone but came up short. Still, no permanent injuries (for a change), no loss of FF (both teams rolled a 6 so the fans really enjoyed it) and decent money means The Precious Gems will be back on the field in short order. Good job, mwilli72, and good luck in the rest of the Vanguard NASC. I hope you go onto win.
Skills (1):
Terry Turquoise - Dirty Player (1st Gem with DP, would have been nice when I got the ref in the 2nd half.)”
