“Buccaneers take it to the Goliads tonight and just put on a blocking clinic.

Bucs stand tall to start the game on Defense and get the count to go surfing early but the Buc fans could not finish him off, just got the stun. But the Goliads thought they had it all in hand with the ball on the goal line but Bruno Nose smasher locks him up at his end line and shadows him to the ground for the Turn over and the recover for the easy score.

Goliads respond with the count and 3 turn score the Bucs for the tie.

But the Bucs are not done yet. The Goiliads set up their Ogre and the Count on the LOS thinking that is enough ST to make the Bucs stand down. But oh no!!! they blow up the LOS and get the count on the ground, send in the DP for a SI-N with failed Regen followed by their apoth getting booted in the head in our scrum pile for apoth fail.

Second half the Bucs just lay into the Goliads and the CAS start to stack up. They get the man advantage and press it the entire half and walk to the end line. Goliads had two self inflicteed CAS from bucs blocking and they were left flailing all over the pitch.


Bucs were feeling great until the specter of ageing once again decends on the Bucs locker room after the game and our thrower and lino who skilled up to 16+ botht failed their age roll for niggles....the Bucs are now 4 and 11 when it comes to getting players past 16+ unscathed from the ageing reaper.”
