“Once more facing across the pitch from Coach JK's dominating Orcs, the Lizzies could be forgiven for feeling some measure of trepidation. Under their new captain, however, they were determined not to give a poor showing, and on the back of some strong wins, were confident of being contenders.
New captain, 'Lucky' Xoxi gives his thoughts on the game:
"From the starting whistle, this was a tough one, with neither side giving an inch. Whilst it wasn't the slugfest of our previous matchup with the Krushars, I feel we played a much smarter game tactically."
Ok, well, sure it may have been tactically smarter, but the fans were clearly unhappy about it NOT being a slugfest, as shown by the paltry gate-takings, and the number of disgruntled fans that left both teams at the end of the match. Still, in the greater scheme of things, this was perhaps a speedbump in the Skye Krushars road to Premiership, and the question remains: Can the Lizzies retain their good form coming into next season, and make their own pitch for the Premiership dream?
Twahnlows:
3 pts - #1 Krush Um: If our last showdown with the Krushars was all about Gut'Em, this time it was all about the solid core of Black Orcs who did what they were designed to do, and Krush Um was the pick of the bunch
2 pts - #6 Rip'Em: One of the younger Blitzers on the team, who clearly needed to prove his worth. One TD and a solid game later, and he's on his way to making a mark.
1 pts - #5 Gut'Em: Whilst not making the impression he did in the last game (thank the Old Ones), this veteran Blitzer was kept under heavy guard, and did his share of keeping the Lizzies wary.
A close fought match, and much more enjoyable for the Lizzies than the 5 cas slaughter last time:) Cheers JK, NExt time!”
“Grumble Grumble, wheres me damn lizard skin boots...
Well played Luoghcra, you gave me a lot of irritation in this one and had me worried you were even going to sneak thief the win.

2 Votes #7 d'uM-nKez Takes serious stones to carry home against a team as desperate as mine was to get the lizard skins for new boots.
1 Votes #12 'Shark-that-Walks' Good big Krox. Nice . My TT Slann love their Krox , and I think Sharkie is going to carry on being a lynchpin of your team. ”
