“For the record the "harmless" AG5 blitzer, despite being prone, was close enough to score in two turns without GFIs, before he got stunned by the foul. He could also have been used to screen the last blitzer who was also close enough to score in two without GFIs.

In hindsight it's true that using the blitz to surf his second blitzer instead of blitzing the ball carrier was not the best offensive choice. On the other hand I couldn't get a 2 die block on the ball carrier (who had blodge), had no rerolls left, and with him in possession and with guys in scoring position offense shouldn't really have been my priority anyway, and defensively the surfs + foul was a rather solid play.

Admittedly luck was on my side in this game, especially getting 3-0 in KOs and none of his players getting back from the KO box after TDs or at halftime.”
