“An unfair win for the gobbos. I thought for sure I would lose when Fathernurgle got Under Scrutiny as a Handicap Roll forcing Nobbla to stay on the bench and I couldn't foul. On top of that the other Handicap Roll was Bribe the Ref 2, ie Fathernurgle would be able to foul my trolls at least a few times without fearing the ref. Lucky for me the fouls thrown weren't effective.

After a few turn a lucky block left the ballcarrier on the ground and the ball in two enemy players tackle zones. Star Gobbo <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=672015>Vrurbag</a> made five or so dodges and picked up the ball and made a sprint for the end zone.

Fathernurgle's Minotaur was BH, after the apothecary failed to help him, and as you can see two goats died. One from his own clumsiness and the other from blocking a gobbo and rolling two both down results.

In the second half my luck returned full strength. After a miscalculation a goat was allowed to blitz my ball carrier and the ball was taken by another goat in the next turn and thrown down the field, yet not caught. There was some fight around it, both parties pretty lucky with scatters and such, but again the gobbos came out on top.

With nowhere to be safe the ball carrier just ran far and hoped the diving tackle gobbo was enough to stop the Chaos Warrior from dodging. It wasn't. So the ball went out of bounce and was thrown down into the gobbo side of the field once again. Once again a goat took it and ran.

A daring blitz with a -2d block was again in gobbo favor and the ball was on the ground. With too few turns to play it safe I tried for the ball and didn't pick it up. The Chaos players weren't in reach either though and they settled for beating my sole gobbo posing any thread.

In my turn I was lucky to pick up the ball in a tackle zone and ran a few squares away with it.

Unfortunately Fathernurgle forgot that a player can only take one action pr turn and picked up the ball with the blitzing goat, resulting in him not being able to hand the ball over to another goat to score.

I had fun playing this game. I think my face was like :) :( :) :( :) :( :)
