“Was a close game but in all honesty not one that I ever thought I could win with 5 of my Sauri still rookies. It could have been all too different if my GFIs had worked; one for the one turn touch down and one that failed when trying to blitz the ball carrier in the first half which came at quite an unfortunate time.

I scored early in the second half in the desperate hope of being able to get the ball back and score a second and when my chance arose I blitzed the ball carrier and only managed two push backs having already used my re-roll earlier in the turn on a double both down block I had to make do with the push backs. After that the scoring was a formality for the Orcs and the final score was inevitable.

To be honest I was just glad I didn't take any casulties this game, but sadly still no more skills on my Sauri. What started off as a very good league campaign has now turned into a battle to end mid table lol. Hopefully next year I will have a few players with skills so I can push on for a promotion, and I look forward to playing in a league with no Orcs ;) (my boggie team). Roll on the cup phase.
