“Mors Omnibus won the coin toss and chose to receive. The Ghoul had a slight problem picking up the ball. Gaven the Runner of Dwarven Honor got a little too greedy a little too early and stumbled as he was trying to get to the Ghoul would be ball handler. With the Runner on the ground, the Ghoul picked up the ball and ran up the right side of the field where he was protected by his offensive lines. The Dwarves reacted by sending more players over and soon it was a messy cluster of bodies. This fell right into the hands of the Dwarves as they had more Guard specialists to block better in close quarters.

The MO ballcarrier was taken down but it would not give up. The Ghoul rose back up from the earth and picked up the ball continuing forward. Snorri had seen enough and if no one on the pitch could take it out then he knew the fans would have an answer. In a frenzy, the Trollslayer blasted the Ghoul by the sidelines and the ball flew out of bounds. The fans threw the ball towards the center of the field in Gaven's general location.

Gaven thanked his lucky stars and picked up the ball. He rushed up the right side of the field where he was given proper cover. DH would score right before the break to put their team up by one.

DH received in the second half and the team began to power through the right side of the field led by Snorri. The Trollslayer opened up a path for Gaven to run through. MO set Ghouls along their path but one was thrown out onto the stands where it was beaten senseless by the crowd. Gaven continued to rush to the end zone to seal the victory.
