“Legends won the coin toss and chose to receive. Something was not right with the Dark Elves as they kept ending their turn early. Misblock after misblock (double skulls, double skulls) made their first offensive drive harder than it should have been. Their grit was tested as their Coach, the Wishmaster, paced the sidelines in frustration.

Night Creatures stole the ball in the second half due to another misblock. They took the lead 1-2 early in the half and once more for the third game in a row put Legends in a deficit. Fortunately, the Dark Elves were able to pull it somewhat together. They rode out their misfortune and began to lay waste upon the Underworld team. By the end of the game only three NC players were left on the field and all Kitana had to do was walk the ball in to tie the match.
