Legends won the coin toss and chose to receive. Stylish Boots' Skink squeezed through the Dark Elf offensive lines and sacked the ballcarrier in the backfield. A few more Skinks followed suit and soon the ball was surrounded. The Lizardmen's little men gave the Druchii problems with their diving tackle skills ever looming. SB score early in the first half and Legends get the ball back with plenty of time.

Sometimes the Wishmaster is a stubborn Coach and he thought he could grind the Lizzies out for a few turns. A misblock from the start (double skulls, double skulls) put them on their heels once again. SB aggressively attacked the Dark Elves and put a lot of pressure on them in the backfield. Despite all the misfortune, Linken broke away with the ball with a chance to tie the game up at the half. Unfortunately, the Kroxigor, Man Mangler McMann made a couple dodges and was able to take down the Lineelf before he could get a head of steam. The take down would effectively end the Dark Elves drive this half.

SB received in the second half and the Kroxigor, McMann, easily scopped up the ball. Legends forced the Lizardmen down the left sidelines and a well planned chain push was almost executed except Emeyin failed to shove the Saurus (skull) into McMann which would have thrown the Kroxigor into the crowd. McMann powered through the defense and ran in the touchdown to put LF in a 0-2 deficit.

This drive, the Wishmaster wasn't fooling around. No attempt on bashing and just go for the score. Legends receivers went up the left side of the field and the Lizardmen tried to cover them. Malikith was passed the ball and he slanted to the right side of the field. The ball would be stripped from him but Lucretia and Darkstorn connect for a short touchdown pass to prevent the shutout.
