“We kick and they start well with a BH on their 2nd block. They also KO two more elves but get a marauder sent off.

We counter with our MB catcher scoring a BH as we put players around the ballcarrier. They hand it off and move forwards into our half, but we do some dodging and knock it free. They get players nearby but can't pick it back up and on T3 we steal it with elvish ease, handing off to a catcher who rushes into their backfield. We suffer another BH before making it 1-0 on T4.

We kick with 8 vs 11 and get a blitz plus a deep kick that lets us swarm our team in towards the ball, which soon leads to us being 2-0 on T6.

They have two turns left but it's not enough time to get to our endzone before the half time whistle blows.

We receive and go for a model 2-turn elvish TD, marred only slightly by them knocking over the ball carrier with a 1d blitz as he's able to jump back up and still score on T2. We kick off having taken another BH (on a -2d block, no less) and given one out so it's 8 of us vs 9 of them.

An early turnover from blocking (having used their reroll on a wild animal 1) lets us steal the ball again on T3 to score on T4. We've taken another 2 BHs and a MNG (for a sent off marauder) however and now have to set up just 5 players vs 9.

Their gobbo is trying for a skillup completion and totally mispasses into blank space, letting a blodge blitzer steal the ball. They 3d blitz him but can't find the POW and he's away downfield with it to make it 5-0!!
