“We're up against smittendame's necros. Both wolves have MB + PO and have clearly caused a lot of casualties - one is already a legend! They get 150k for inducements picking up an Igor and a Bloodweiser Babe.
We receive and advance cautiously forwards with the ball, trying to get at the two dangerwolves without much success (particularly hindered by our mino going wild three key turns in a row - wasting 2 RRs). T4 and they can take advantage of a double skulls to put in a series of wolf blocks vs the dark elf, POW him over and then steal the ball with a wight. He runs for the endzone but trips up on a GFI to stun himself.
We try and get players back, mostly failing, though we do KO one of their wolves with a foul (getting our leader sent off). They then make a nice jump-up dodge + blitz with their other wolf that KOs our player near the ball. The wolf grabs it and with 2 GFIs can score... but he's fallen over!! We have just two turns left and we can just about get a marauder in range of their endzone while our dark elf grabs the ball and makes the pass - touchdown!
All their KOs return while one of our MB marauders remains KO'd so it's 11 vs 11 as we kick off, rolling up a blitz!
Our mino once again wastes it, but we do run a +MA marauder in under the ball. Their wolves certainly had their half time weetabix as they each BH a marauder with their first block, letting them recover the ball. We react well though and on T2 our tackler blitzes over their blodge wolf for a stun and our dark elf steals it. T3 and their tackle wight 1d blitzes over the elf for a stun himself and grabs the ball.... but once again goes for a GFI too many and falls over!
We steal it with our rat but the tackle wight gets back up and tackles him down, while a wolf can run in and grab it. We put 4 dice of blitz on the wolf, but can't knock him over and it looks like they'll be able to crowdpush our rat... but the 1d block comes up a skull! Their wolf is BH'd by this, but regens, and we can finally knock over the other wolf and steal the ball to score: 2-0!
They push down one side with the ball, their wolves still causing havoc with another BH and another KO before our horned rat can blitz their wight with the ball for a BH (regenned) followed by our gobbo fouling a wolf for a BH (regenned + sent off). The next turn we score yet another cas (where were these at the start of the game?) and the game ends.
