“Firstly, congratulations to Rooke on the win, well deserved.
It was very hard keeping my cool during this game, and if I cried a bit in chat I apologize. From the time that the golem pulled out an interception it all went rapidly downhill. I think it would have been a very different game save for that one roll, but such is BB. In the end the KuK was just too strong and would have reduced the Elf ranks for a win either way.
Looking forward at a chance for revenge come playoff time. Thanks for the game Mr. Commish!”

The first kick saw the Guillible Travellers receive, and they started clearing a path through the Kleen Up Krew line to set up a pass. Unfortunately, the pass somehow got caught up in the equipment of Arn N Hammer, and the flesh golem (who was as shocked as everyone else) started to shamble his way towards the endzone. The Elves, all caught upfield while waiting for the pass, could only look on in horror as he inched his way towards the goal! In the meantime, both sides got a little interactive with the crowd, with 4 players doing their best stage dives. Troy Lett-Duhk flushed down Balnibarbi with an injury that would have been fatal had the apothecary not been spot on and managed to take it down to a concussion instead!
The second half started well for the Krew again, knocking down the elves in waves as this time Vin Dex was streaking downfield. He walked in and handed the ball off to Snuggle just before the endzone, with little the 6 elves on the field could do to stop him.
Some of the fans must have decided they didn't like those odds anymore... On the next kickoff, they came out and took out an amazing 9 members of the Kleen up Krew, leaving 6 shocked (but very happy) elves a chance to step into the endzone unchallenged! The final kickoff saw them take one last parting shot at snuggle, belting the werewolf between the eyes with a rock, but there were just not enough Travellers to go around, as the Kleen up Krew fired one more pass in for a TD before the game ended.
Have to admit, the dice definately tilted in my favour, and Whatball handled it very well, and deserved better luck than he got. Thanks for the match, Sir!
