#5 Burik Forgefire – Dead (RIP)
The Miners were to face King of the Castle who only had 10 players available, although being Elves were not to be underestimated.
The Elves started the game, quickly breaking down the Dwarven flank. As their numbers began to dwindle they made a run for the line, but were halted by a Dwarven runner. They tried to recover, but skulls robbed them of their chance and the Dwarves marched the ball down field for 1-0 at half time.
The second half the Dwarves received and once more marched down the field, but rather than stall decided to score for 2-0 with the intent of pressuring the remaining Elves again. The few remaining Elves got quick snap and rushed through trying for a score. By this time it was turn 16 and the Dwarves did what the could to stop the score, a Slayer charged the ball carrier but failed him GFI, fell and Died! Sadly it seemed the apothecary had left the stadium early, so Burik Forgefire would not be saved.
